![]() ![]() (The icon with the multi-colored shapes on the top bar). Open your VX project, and open the resource manager. Save the tileset somewhere that you can find it and name it 'Tile E.' 3. zip file and get to see some add-ons and guides of usage. Find the tileset that you want to import, they can be found online or can be made. If you somehow want to repost, link back to this thread. Avoiding having to do parallax mapping, I was wondering if there is a way, or a plugin, where I can use more tileset pages per map. In RPG Maker MV, as far as I know, only has two extra built in tileset pages (D and E) per map. If you are to reshape, recolor or edit somehow the tiles from the pack that were made by me, please don't take credit on your own and link to this page or my personal art accounts: /raxec14 and /raxec2 In RPG Maker VX, there was a plugin which let you use more tileset pages per map. the problem with free tilesets is that it is too much work to make complete tilesets. Resource Type: Tiles Maker Format: Ace Art Style: Doesnt matter, as long as it doesnt look too different from Ace RTP Description: Im looking for modern-day WORLD MAP tiles-cities, individual buildings, roads, train tracks, etc., all sized for a world map rather than an area map. ![]() Same, if you'll use my tiles, credit me as Raxec. And obviously, it cant be anything lower than. Also this doesnt have to be for MV because I can just resize the tileset if it is for vx ace. By the way, I already know that there is a pirate pack, however, I cant buy it >.>. For commercial projects, they're free to use as long as I get a free copy of the game. So I just want a boat tileset and if the boat is like good enough to make the character walk on it it would be better. Free to use in your Noncommercial games. When I playtested that map, my character could not walk on anything. zip, I point out which these are and which were made entirely by me I am using the RPG Maker XP and I just added a tileset to my materials and I put those circles on the parts that I would like my character to walk through and made sure that there was an X on the parts I did not want them to walk through and a square for the autotiles. Move the shelf down in even steps, so that the top lines up with the. Since the shelf has a smooth top, having it go down into the floor to let the heroes pass is always a good option as well Unlike the other option, here we don’t need any extra space, so 1x3 tiles for each frame is enough. There are some tiles from the pack that were taken as such from the original RTP (you should own VX Ace in order for you to use them). Secret door 1.2 The shelf vanishing in the ground. ![]() All packs are based and organized as the default tilesets the software comes with. If you notice any weird shapes in the building of your maps, lemme know so I can repost a needed edit. I couldn't upload a demo image of a map but here we are. This is my first attempt for pixel art but I've learned a lot by watching videos and reading anatomy of tilesets and how they behave. I wanted to bring some variety to my game by adding some textures on my own and not to depend so much from Kadokawa RTP –as sometimes it's hard to get really cool and modern tilesets for VX Ace nowadays, or even assets in general. Most of them follow the same pattern for default tiles from Outside or Dungeon pack. ![]() I decided to give a little bit of contribution to your making with a tileset pack. It will show a picture on screen that overlaps EVERYTHING else, except the message box and menus.Happy holidays guys. The final layer is the 'show picture' option. People use the event graphic option to add certain overlapping objects (like trees). Event graphics are the fifth layer, they will overlap all of the tiles in the tileset. These tiles will replace each other if you put two objects on top of each other, but will overlap all autotiles and parallax images. Layer three includes TileA3 and TileA4 (but they don't support transparency). If anyone knows of something, please let me know Thanks. The charsets Im looking are light source chars, such as lightbulbs, lanters, chandeliers, wall lights. Then comes TileA1, TileA2 and TileA5 - that's the second layer (or usually the first layer if you don't use a parallax image). The tilesets Im looking for include modern building themed, including hospital, school, buildings, outside (town-like preferrably), if theyre VX Ace-like style, it would be better. Parallax pictures are the very first layer in RPG Maker. ![]()
